As a concerned American Citizen, Korean War Army Veteran, Navy Reservist I am gravely concerned that our “Leadership” who thinks they have to be “Political Correct”.
This calamity is not only effects the three Navy Seals but our entire military and the American people.
The future of three Navy Seals, the finest our Navy has to offer needs the protection of our Leaders. Al Qaeda is an evil enemy who wears no uniform, has no rules of engagement, will deliberately attack and kill innocent unarmed men, women and children, execute captives in the most brutal savage way possible.
Our Leaders need to turn to Our God, Pray and do the right thing for these three Navy Seals.

It is a sad state of affairs when the so called military leader ship of this country not only does not try to protect the military men and women in their command but actively trys to do harm to them. THE PROSECUTION OF THESE GUYS IS TOTALLY INSANE, BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE CRAP WE HAVE RUNNING THE COUNTRY.

FAT LIP??? THEY SHOULD HAVE HUNG THE BASTARDS UP ON THE SAME BRIDGE WITH PIANO WIRE AROUND THEIR NECKS.

I CANNOT FATHOM THAT THE COUNTRY THAT I SERVED IN THE NAVY FOR AND THEN 25 YEARS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, WOULD PERPETRATE SUCH A TRAVESTY ON THESE YOUNG MEN.

RATHER THAN A COURT MARTIAL, THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN THE NAVY CROSSES FOR HEROIC ACTION.

This is OUTRAGEOUS!!! The brave men and women that put their lives on the line every single day (they are a VOLUNTEER ARMY) to defend our freedoms and keep us safe are being treated like criminals with no rights, while the terrorists have rights?????
Are you kidding me????? Screw political correctness!!! This is the biggest load of BS I’ve heard of in a long time. There should be NO hearings at all, and NO court-martial process should take place. If the hearing and court-martial proceedings continue forward, THAT is the atrocity!

As a member of the Special Operations Association and one who has completed multiple missions in Laos & Cambodia I know the risk these brave sailors took to complete their mission. They should be receiving accolades and medals for valor; not being railroaded by our own government.

They knew full well what would have happened had their mission failed and they were caught. Does anyone doubt they would have been tortured beyond human endurance? Does anyone doubt they would have been murdered? Yet they undertook the mission and completed it with professionalism.

Their immediate chain of command should be ashamed of themselves. That we now have JAG officers advising field commanders only goes to show how perverted today’s officer corps has become. The immediate commander and the JAG officer responsible for bringing charges against these men, especially when there is absolutely no evidence of wrong doing, should be charged with dereliction of duty, failure to command, lack of leadership and whatever other charges are available for being a weenie! The JAG Officer should be dishonorably discharged and permanently disbarred.

This entire episode makes me sick and ashamed to call myself an American.
