We are a general litigation law firm with over 100 years of combined professional and legal experience. Our firm is built on a foundation of personal attention to our clients’ needs. The extensive and varied experience of our attorneys allows us to represent and advise our clients in a variety of practice areas including federal and military criminal law, federal employment law, business and commercial law, and civil rights and liberties.
Our firm was founded by Mr. Neal Puckett and Mr. Haytham Faraj both of whom served as U.S. Marine Corps ground combat officers before becoming attorneys. The firm was later joined by Mr. Eric Montalvo also a former U.S. Marine Corps office and Mr. Peter Masciola.
The firm’s initial and sole focus was on military law. Success led to growth and expansion into other practice area but always with a commitment to our core principles of personalized attention to our client’s needs.
We now represent clients in a variety of litigation practice areas including defense of federal and military criminal charges, white collar defense, litigation of federal employment law disputes and adjudication of security clearances.
Our commercial and business law practice focuses on providing our clients with comprehensive business solutions in undertaking national and international commercial transactions, FCPA compliance, and negotiation and formation of joint, bilateral, and multilateral ventures. We help our clients manage risk and enhance opportunities because we bring a global perspective to our business practice that combines experience, knowledge of the law, and an understanding of customs and culture.
